Our Vision
This vision grew from our own story. Balancing late-career demands while raising our adopted grandson, now 6, has taught us resilience and adaptability. Like
many, our family has been impacted by addiction, and through strength and support, we have overcome. These experiences shaped The Landing Pad, a place where we
understand the importance of having a stable,
supportive environment. We are committed to creating that space for others, too.
Our Mission
Our mission goes beyond housing: The Landing Pad drives economic growth in St.
Thomas. Through thoughtfully managed accommodations, we not only meet the
needs of new residents and travelers but also play a role in boosting tourism,
encouraging a positive perception of St. Thomas as a thriving, desirable
destination. High-quality accommodations attract repeat visitors and long-term
residents, supporting our area’s growth and establishing it as a professional hub.
